5k for Mental Health Awareness

Event Description
Join us for the 5k Run or 1 Mile Walk for Mental Health Awareness on April 26, 2025.
Central Lakes College and Crow Wing Energized are teaming up to put on this event to bring awareness to Mental Health in our community.
All of the donations received and a portion of the proceeds from this run/walk will benefit Sharing Bread Soup Kitchen and the Central Lakes College Food Pantry.
Gather your friends, family, co-workers and make it a team building experience.
All ages and abilities are invited to to participate in the fun!
+If you plan to participate in the 5k, you must be completed within 45 minutes. If you feel that you can't do this please join the 1 mile division.
+Strollers and friendly dogs on leashes are welcome. Please start at the back of the pack if you have a stroller or dog.
+We race rain or shine and no refunds will be given.

Schedule:
Packet pickup will be available Friday April 25th from 3:30-5:00 and again Saturday morning, April 26th starting at 7:30 am at Central Lakes College.
5k Run will start at 9:00, 1 Mile Walk to immediately follow
Race Awards: approximately 10 am
All participants will receive a finisher sticker to commemorate your participation.
