Outdoor Fitness Class

Event Description
Mount Ski Gull will be offering an outdoor (rain or shine) bootcamp/fitness class for all ability levels. Different workout each week. Class will emphasize a combination of cardio and strength, with a full dynamic warm up and cool down. MSG will continue to follow social distancing during the class (we have lots of outside space!). Our goal is to encourage an active lifestyle for those who are interested in getting some exercise in the outdoors!
