Outdoor Yoga

Event Description Let's get outside! Join us for a 60 minute slow flow class for all abilities. Enjoy summer while being mindful together in nature! Bring a mat (or towel) and water. Please park in downtown Nisswa and walk under the tunnel to Nisswa Lake Park. (follow the signs). If there is inclement weather, class will be held in the Notice Wellness studio at 25360 Smiley Rd in Nisswa on the second level (near Stonehouse Coffee.)
