Youth Sports Conditioning

Event Description
Geared towards sports conditioning for our Youth Alpine Team Program but open to youth in all sports. Class structure will run approximately 15min warm-up, 45min cardio/strength conditioning, 15min team building game. All athletes must pre-register (min. 5, max. 15 registration for each session).
